“We engaged Bespoke Home Building to build our new home, a house design not typical in this area and one which presented some challenges.  Also, we had never been involved with house building before, so it was a big deal for us in every way.

 

Scott and his team were always very consultative with us and ready to take on board and address any concerns along the way. We had confidence in him that everything had to be done properly and we were very satisfied with the quality of their building procedures throughout the project.

 

We had also been given a realistic projection for how long the build should take and this turned out to be spot on. We were highly impressed with Scott's conduct and that of his employees, and likewise he was very selective in his choice of tradespeople. 

 

Our build was done on a costs-plus basis and Scott was very conscious of costs, and always prepared to help us reign them in, where possible.

 

Cathy Cowdroy's interior design advice and finish selections were also tremendously helpful as she guided and reassured us through the decision making process.

 

After the house was completed, we both agreed that, if we were ever to do all this again, we'd be on the phone to Scott straight away.
